We highly recommend online video chats for following our product schedule and status after placing an order, so that any plan changes are made note of immediately during the manufacturing process. A 72-hour continuous operation test will be conducted after machine manufacturing to ensure the absolute best performance of all equipment. This testing process is also video recorded and can be done using customer provided samples for a better gauge quality.

Transportation and delivery of machines is guaranteed after balance payment. We offer two methods for machine installation, test running, and training: we will send engineers to your location to train your operators, or, you can send your operators to our location for training.

Each of our machines has a 3-year warranty, and any damaged spare parts will have replacements sent within 7 days. What’s more, engineers are always on standby for remote guidance during machine failure to ensure a smooth production.
